If you are feeling a creative block, but you cannot get past it, it might be that you first have to figure out what is making you stuck.
Artists are used to having creative blocks, and they have proven methods to overcome those. Writers, for example, might write first thing in the morning, to make sure that nothing else gets in the way of their writing.
For the rest of us, getting over a creative block requires figuring out what is keeping us from being creative. If you can figure what your normal flow is, then you would know what is keeping you from following your normal routines, and only then can you look for a way to fix it.
Stop overthinking and start. Whatever you need to get done, just start working on it. You will get inspiration going once you get going.
Context switching, practice it. When faced with multiple tasks, most people will try to resist, and turn everything off so they could focus on only one task. That does not work, if you are kept distracted. If instead you teach yourself to go from one task to another, with the goal of finishing the new tasks fast and quickly getting back to the original, then being distracted will no longer be a reason to worry. The distraction will no longer appear distracting.
Whether you believe you can or cannot, you are right.
The only way to get really good at being creative is by creating a lot. If you think you are not able, that something is holding you back, then you are most likely not going to create anything. But if you believe in yourself and keep working at it, you will eventually get really good.
