Press Play for:

The first talk/sermon Rick gave at just 14 years old—and the game he had the church body play in order to make his point How Rick applies what he’s learned in his spiritual life to every single other area (relationships, marriage, fatherhood, friendships, business—everything!) “Music can create an environment that can change the way that people think; and that’s why it’s so powerful” No one has it all together, even the person on stage. They’ve had the same struggles and difficulties as you “Whenever humans get involved, stuff gets messed up” The past is a guide. The Bible is like a history book; use it as a guide. Lots of wisdom comes from the past. You can draw from the good things that worked, and learn from the bad things that didn’t While Biblical principles remain, the application evolves with our societies

The Straight Truth: Find a place that allows you to be you; that accepts the good, the bad, and the ugly.

The One Thing: Find the people who continuously look forward, who can apply the wisdom of the past to the correct application today. And YOU can apply it to anything. Your spirituality and beliefs need to be the foundation of what you do, and drive you forward to serve everyone else.
