Yuval Levin on The Fractured Republic

Yuval Levin talks with host Russ Roberts about the ideas in his latest book, The Fractured Republic. He argues that both major political parties suffer from a misplaced nostalgia--a yearning for a time when things were better even though the policies that created those good times are no longer as relevant to today. Levin argues for a strengthening of the intermediate institutions--institutions between the individual and the government such as religious communities and other non-profits as a way toward a better life for Americans.
