John’s Advice

In today's market, one of the most important things that you can do for yourself is to make sure that you are taking the time to understand what you're getting into as you think about launching a company or think about taking an idea to market. You need to be very careful when you're hiring people. The old saying, on hiring is, you know, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. So you know, be slow to hire quick to fire. Same thing with your customers. You need to make sure you understand your customers very well before you press on the accelerator and put too much gas.
