What is one key to crushing it at work?
Chase Jarvis says that protecting his mornings was a key to his personal power. Even 10-15 minutes in the morning, you can program yourself for the day you want to live, instead of letting the day get the best of you.
The routine will be specific to each person, but Chase tries to meditate, take an ice bath and eat healthy foods. He also spends time being quiet, and visualizing his day.
Chase says it's also key to not be doing things from your day, during this special time. For example, no checking email. This time belongs to you, and you alone.
If you don't write your own script, someone else will write it for you.
How do different environments impact Chase Jarvis and his work?
Chase believes that we are very malleable creatures and we can adopt. As a photographer he used to travel a lot, and learned to understand that if he wanted to continue working that life, he'd have to find ways to quickly adopt to new places.
