Who is Andy Storch?

He’s a consultant, coach, and facilitator that specializes in helping clients turn their strategy into action. Storch helps people do the best work of their lives, and is the host of two podcasts.

Where does the inspiration to start your own business come from?

For Storch, he has always been intrigued in entrepreneurship since he graduated college. He read the book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki. He joined a consultant company that gave him a lot of experience to help him become an entrepreneur to lead to do what he’s doing now.

What does the Advantage Performance Group do?

Essentially, the company connects talent development leaders and companies with experiential learning programs to help them turn their strategy into action. In doing so, people can do the best work of their lives.

What is the book, The Miracle Morning?

It is written by Hal Elrod, and it's the #1 book that has changed Storch’s life. He discovered the book in 2016, when he felt like he had the potential to do more but was unsure of what it was. He was listening to a podcast with Elrod as a guest and Storch bought the book.

What are the practices in The Miracle Morning?

Elrod lists six practices that he refers to as his savers: meditation, affirmations, visualizations, reading, writing, and exercising. Storch incorporated these into his routine to make them become his habits to allow him to do a lot more to chase his dreams and goals.

What are affirmations?

It’s essentially what you’ve written down as the person you want to be and the goals you want to achieve. Affirmations are reminders of those things to stay on track to accomplish those goals.

What’s one important thing to have in a business?

Networking in relationships. Storch thinks that everything in life eventually comes back to relationships. All the opportunities that have come back to him are due to relationships he's created with others.

Who does Storch interview on his podcasts?

For his Entrepreneur Hot Seat podcast, he originally reached out to people he wanted to interview. It dwindled down to only have guests that he had relationships with. For the Talent Development Hot Seat, Storch pursued his guests.

What will the Andy Storch Show be about?

It will be about personal and entrepreneurial development, and helping others achieve their dreams and tap into their potential.

Are Storch’s podcasting and consulting goals related?

He says how everything intertwines and relates with one another. He wants to create a great business that provides enough income for his family and has an ideal scenario of being friends with his clients. He wants to be a sought out speaker and coach to help people live their lives intentionally and love the life they have.

What is a takeaway that Storch has to offer the listeners?

He says to go and examine your life and live it intentionally. He encourages people to think about a life that they want to achieve, write them down, and observe how their time is being spent.
