Restaurants have been one of the industries hit hardest as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Chef and TV host Tom Colicchio discusses why he supports the Restaurants Act, a bipartisan proposal to provide $120 billion in aid to help small and midsize eateries. New Orleans' chef Nina Compton explains the ripple effects closing restaurants have on the economy. Speaking with CBS News correspondent Errol Barnett, Colicchio and Compton paint a dire future for the restaurant industry if assistance is not provided.
