Top General in Afghanistan on America's drawdown

General Scott Miller, the Commander of U.S. NATO forces in Afghanistan, spoke with CBS News senior foreign correspondent Charlie D'Agata for his first interview since the May 1 drawdown of American troops. The United States has begun to drawdown its presence in Afghanistan, bringing an end to America’s longest war after twenty years.
