The National Alopecia Areata Foundation's President and CEO, Nicole Friedland, joins CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook - along with NAAF member Ann Hollins to discuss the autoimmune skin disease that causes hair loss. As many as 6.8 million Americans will be diagnosed with alopecia areata in their lifetime. Hollins shares her own 28 year experience with the disease and the emotional toll it has taken.
