Regina Louise: ...that the heart and soul of emotional goodness was within me

Our guest on this episode is Regina Louise, a woman who survived a traumatic childhood. She lived in over 30 foster homes, group homes and psychiatric facilities before the age of 18. But, she didn’t let those unstable early years prevent her from achieving great things.

Regina put herself through college on scholarship, wrote two bestselling memoirs, and began touring the nation telling her story and inspiring others to live life on their own terms. Lifetime recently made a movie about her life called "I am Somebody’s Child: The Regina Louise Story".  Regina has written a new book called, "Permission Granted: Kick-Ass Strategies to Bootstrap Your Way to Unconditional Self-Love".
