Will’s Bio
Will McNeil is a veteran sales executive and serial entrepreneur. He’s held multiple senior sales leadership positions as a Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. He has launched/co- founded 7 different companies, the first when he was only 8 years old. His professional background spans a 20 plus year career in telecommunications, insurance, financial services, automotive, digital media, and technology.
Will is a 9-year veteran of the United States Army, which allowed him to attend college on the GI Bill. He started his family early in life and worked while in taking classes at night. At one point he held as many
as 3 jobs at one time. He earned an AAS in Accounting from the Community College of Aurora and holds both a BS in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Will is not one to stand still for very long. He is a father of 3 and has been a resident of Chicago for over 19 years. He is deeply connected to Chicago’s African American entrepreneur community and makes most of his community investments mentoring young people at both the K- 12 and collegiate level. He isa former member of the board of directors of Black Tech Mecca and is the co-founder of NewCarPromos.com and Espeedate.com. Currently he serves as the CEO of Black Tech Jobs, the fastest growing black tech talent community on the web. In his spare time you can find him on the golf course. On a good day he can drive the ball straight over 300 yards.
