Starr Corbin is an innovative technology executive and agile project management expert with a breadth of experience directing organization and technology transformation for both government and commercial enterprises. An ardent advocate of servant leadership Starr is frequently called upon to write about technology delivery trends and how to expand the technology field for women.
In 2019, Starr founded Corbin Solutions, a technology management firm committed to delivering complicated technology projects better for clients. An Army veteran, Starr also serves on the Texas Governor’s Commission for Women and other various non-profit boards that are committed to enhancing youth development. Starr holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and is working toward a Ph.D., in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University.
She happily resides in the Austin-area with her husband, an Austin Fire Fighter and Army veteran in addition to their three children.

I think as an entrepreneur, just remember that you do have control over your schedule. It's not selfish to take some personal me time. At the end of the day, the customers will be there. But the people you love might not always be, so it's important to invest in your personal life as much as you invest in your business. You are your business.
