Why developers are increasingly demanding ethics in tech

This week we chat with Lyel Resner, a fellow at the MIT Civic Data Lab and Adjunct Professor of Civic Technology at NYU's ITP program. He explains the surge in tech startups looking to ground themselves in ethical practices, and argues that the extra work and expense of these considerations is outweighed by the eventual costs that come with ignoring ethics until a company is more well established.
