S14E3: Lindsay Droz and Kristi Lord

Lindsay Droz and Kristi Lord are the Co-Founders of L’Avant Collective, a female founded consumer product company based out of Seattle that creates high performing, plant-based cleaning products in countertop worthy packaging. L’AVANT Collective was born out of the near constant demand for cleaning up after our kids and pets but wanting the products we used to be non-toxic, highly effective, and conveniently located. Lindsay and Kristi formed an instant friendship sparked at a mutual friend’s wedding, where they both 9 months pregnant and the only ones not lining the bar. Fast forward 10 years, two successful careers, 6 babies and many wine filled evenings dreaming of starting something of their own, they took the plunge and created L’AVANT Collective. Prior to L’Avant, Lindsay worked in Sales and Marketing in the medical device world, and Kristi in finance and accounting.
