What Got You There with Sean DeLaney

Chase Jarvis says that protecting his mornings was a key to his personal power. Even 10-15 minutes in the morning, you can program yourself for the day you want to live, instead of letting the day get the best of you.

The routine will be specific to each person, but Chase tries to meditate, take an ice bath and eat healthy foods. He also spends time being quiet, and visualizing his day.

Chase says it's also key to not be doing things from your day, during this special time. For example, no checking email. This time belongs to you, and you alone.

If you don't write your own script, someone else will write it for you.
