Why Does Cody Rhodes Have a Neck Tattoo?
Creating an independent brand led to a neck tattoo instead of wearing anyone else's brand. Ambition in certain circles is heavily encouraged and then in other places in wrestling they do not want you to. The choice was to go big and shoot for the moon. Rock is famous for the Brahma Bull on his arm and Conor McGregor had the big lion on his chest so the neck was chosen over the spine to compete in box office.
