A new line up for the show - joining Mark on a regular basis will be Richard Stannard and Andy Blow. Mark chats to an inspirational female Pro who is a top 10 Ironman Kona finisher, the current Swedish long course record holder. Asa Lundstrom is also training to be a Doctor, and if that isn't enough she's started her own coffee business as well.
