Answer

One panelist starts an Argon project with reference images, then runs a grill-me step that asks him questions about how to plan the work. He follows that with a big goal command telling Argon to spawn a bunch of sub-agents and work however long they need.

One sub-agent is always an adversary. It looks at the outputs, grades them for accuracy and lighting, comes back with feedback, and gives a rating out of 10. The loop keeps going until the rating is very high. For 3D, he gives a render to Nano Banana and asks it to make the picture look really good and realistic, then passes that image back to Argon and says to do whatever it needs to match the look. He now uses that image reference in all of his 3D projects. The neon lighting in the desk racer was designed by Nano Banana after the first version looked very bland.

A colleague asked Argon to create a 3D scene completely from scratch, with zero library and zero external things pulled in. Argon narrated the video by itself and picked the music with Lyria. He says that on previous models they probably would have had to babysit the result a lot more and give much more guidance on how things should look.
