Doctors can use the profile to inform treatment decisions for one patient. It can also guide how therapies are developed. Adaptive was starting in cancer, but he says the immune system is involved in infectious disease and autoimmune disorders as well. The same measurement can follow a response to transplantation, cancer immunotherapy, or vaccines, and can watch that response over time.
