Naval on Wealth, Happiness and Judgment: 15 Key Moments

In 2019, AngelList co-founder Naval Ravikant recorded a run of very short podcast episodes that expanded on his widely shared thread about getting rich without getting lucky. Most episodes last only a few minutes, but each one carries several ideas, and listeners return to the same lines again and again. This page collects 15 of those moments from the Naval podcast. Every note is a question, a short plain-language answer, and the minute it was said, so you can jump straight to the audio and hear the full argument in his own words. The notes are grouped into three themes: why wealth is different from money, how to build something people actually want, and how to stay clear-headed about status, advice and peace of mind. Start with whichever question you care about most. Each note has its own page with the timestamp, the episode it came from, and the other moments from that episode.
