Why Does Europe Have a Different Concept of Free Speech?
Europe has a different concept of free speech. The First Amendment does not exist in Europe and it is a radical articulation of just free speech which is a binary. The European Union has lots of restrictions on things you can say that do not exist in the US and hate speech laws in Europe are widely accepted and frequently enforced because there is a huge cultural divide.
