Where Can I Read More of What Giulia Enders Explains About the Gut?

In her book Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body's Most Underrated Organ. On TED Talks Daily, doctor and author Giulia Enders gives the talk The Surprisingly Charming Science of Your Gut. She says it took her three steps to love the gut. A roommate's question sent her to medical textbooks, where she learned people have an inner sphincter they do not consciously control, plus the outer one they do. She describes a tube with about 40 times the surface area of the skin, a large share of the immune cells, and on the order of 100 trillion bacteria. The book is the longer version of that tour, including how gut microbes connect with mood.
