How Does Scott Dow Carve His Tables?
at 17:12
Answer
Joe Rogan says Scott Dow does the beginning of the carving entirely with chainsaws, then switches to complex tools once the work gets down to the nitty-gritty.
Dow made an alligator that looks like it is surfacing out of the water for the pool room. The sea serpent table has boats and a sea serpent coming out of the water, and Joe Rogan thinks a video of it is on his Instagram. The table in the studio is the one they had to saw in half to get upstairs. It was originally for the studio, and Joe Rogan decided it belongs in the comedy club green room. While hunting for the sea serpent piece, they also pulled up an octopus table that is a different carving. Dow made a swimming dog table they have had for a few years, and Joe Rogan says the post they are looking at is only about six months old because Dow reposts older work. Joe Rogan follows him on Instagram as underscore Dow.
After they blew Dow up on the internet, Dow got really popular and now does a lot of the tables. Joe Rogan calls him super talented.
