Back to $8.6M ARR, Nobody's Touched It In A Month — Adam Robinson (RB2B) #004, with Adam Robinson RB2B.

What Is an Autonomous Business?

Adam Robinson says an autonomous business is one designed from the start to run itself, not a pile of agents with three founders still working around the clock. He built RB2B with ordinary off-the-shelf AI because a simple product and a LinkedIn audience let one person cover work that used to take a much larger support team. He puts that gain at about a thousand times.

A founder who started from a copy of the product took the other path. That version promised AI would qualify website visitors, add context, and send the outreach, which amounts to a business full of agents. That founder was still on eight customer calls a day, and the co-founders were working nine-nine-six. Nobody on the RB2B side has touched that business in a month, it is still growing, and it is ahead of the copy.

Robinson does not treat the other approach as a mistake. The job is simpler than it looks, and he says he already did it by keeping the company primitive enough for tools that already exist.
