How Does Zeno Rocha Hire for Email?

Zeno Rocha is hiring through heavy noise from fake resumes and other weird things, trying to assemble the Avengers of the email industry. The search is for specific email knowledge and for people who want to challenge the industry and maybe feel the place they are at is not really the right place. A product engineer who cares about the work is welcome too.

One recent hire spent the last 10 years working in deliverability. The jobs are all remote, so people can work anywhere in the world. There is no office, and there is no plan to have an office. The team has 45 people. Most of them have engineer on the job title, maybe 30 or 35.

The group stays very engineering focused and engineering driven.
