What Does Joe Rogan Say About Truth Right Now?

Joe Rogan calls it a weird time for truth, and he says everyone has to figure out the best way to engage with it. His way is to look only at things people send him. Someone has to send him something interesting. He is not seeking anything out anymore, because it is too much and too negative, and he says people drown in it.

He treats the damage as lost time. The habit takes time away, and he calls it a time suck, an attention suck, and wasted energy. He explains attention and energy across a day as units. He has 100 units. If 30 of them go to nonsense, 30 units are gone, and he calls them precious. A year holds only so many days, and a life holds only so many years.
