Alice says that people object to listen to the podcast while on public transports because it's embarrassing and appalling. Yet, that’s all what people seem to do, which is listen to it on their commute.

He tells his wife that the numbers are the shape of a naked lady. When they’re put together, they look like a naked woman. Jamie then enlightened his parents on what it means.

While looking in the mirror in her room, she agreed that she looks attractive in a raw, sexy way in her riding gear. She also hopes Peter Rouse will like her new style.

At dinner in The Horse and Jockey, Belinda thinks of her father, who spent evenings training her in the wine cellars of central London. His method for getting clients to buy without remorse was to drink very good wine, and a lot of it. Jamie starts to celebrate the line before he has finished reading it. Belinda then eats at her leisure for the first time that day. She feels, briefly, that she is not under pressure, because she is not strapped to a trolley or a bed. The borrowed clothes still fit badly and make her hot. When the meal ends she takes the rest of the wine up to her room in an ice bucket.

In terms of the Belinda Blinked series, Jamie Morton considers this a great way to do business because since they're under the pretense of it being a business networking event, they are used to having their sexual fantasies fulfilled while discussing business. They are somewhat mixing their business and pleasure.

There was a red light blinking, which was a security camera that was recording what was going on. She immediately thought of the young man behind the desk watching her to create a profile of her for her personal use.
